1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation. You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order is confirmed and another when it’s shipped. During new collection launches or festive seasons, processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available at extra cost)
- Free Shipping for all orders above ₹999 (optional).
3. International Shipping
We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping. 🌎 International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Custom duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or courier issues beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please reach out to us — our team will help track and resolve it promptly.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack each item with great care. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please record a complete opening video (unboxing video) and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify and replace your order quickly.
Note: Opening video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.
