1. Order Processing

All Vizona orders are processed within 7-12 business days after order confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed and again when it’s shipped. During festive seasons or new collection launches, processing time may extend slightly — but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India using trusted delivery partners like Shipskart. Standard delivery takes 7-12 business days depending on your location. For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping (2–4 business days) at an additional cost. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2500.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. Please note: delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product and process your exchange or refund within 5–7 working days. 4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to modify your order, please contact our team immediately — we’ll do our best to assist.

We accept secure payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All transactions on Vizona are encrypted and protected. Your personal and payment information will never be shared with third parties.
