At Vizona, we take great care in inspecting and packing every garment before dispatch. To ensure transparency and fairness in the return process, we request customers to record a clear opening video while unboxing their parcel.
Please Note:
- A complete, unedited opening video is mandatory for return or exchange approval.
- The video must clearly show the package from all sides, unsealing process, and the product inside.
- Returns will not be accepted without a valid opening video as proof of damage, defect, or wrong product.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Once verified, eligible returns or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the product.
